This year, our school is continuously taking part in the Get Redressed Day on 18th October, 2022. Get Redressed Day is an environmentally friendly ‘non-uniform’ or ‘mufti day’ that promotes healthy attitudes and encourages alternatives ways towards our consumption of fashion such as borrowing, swapping, or buying the secondhand.

The response to the event was very enthusiastic. There are 291 students participated in the event and donated HKD10 to Redress. Students have organized a day with their own theme. A student representative from each class was competed for The Most Creative award and Environmentally Friendly Award in the Catwalk show. Fund donated by students goes towards Redress’ Year-Round Educational Work to keep our clothing out of landfills in Hong Kong.

On the eve of the Christmas holidays (December 16), our school held a special Christmas Event. Teachers, parents and students shuttled through the main streets of Hong Kong Island in an open-top bus. They sang hymns together, and spread the good news of the new birth king Jesus Christ. Parents, teachers and students were very involved in this activity that day.

        The school outdoor learning activity was held on 3rd October, 2022 (Monday) with about 1000 participants including teachers, students, parents and hiking coaches attending the activity. Students enjoyed a lot in the nature and had a great time that day!

        This year there were 3 beaches and 3 hiking trails as the venue planned for different levels. P1-P3 were going Chung Hom Kok Beach, Big Wave Bay and Shek O Beach respectively while P4-P6 were having hiking activities in Aberdeen reservoir, Tai Tam reservoir and the Peak.

        For junior levels going to the beach were having class team building activities and International Coastal Cleanup Hong Kong 2022. Students enjoyed a lot in the team building games and also very involved in the cleanup activity. For Senior levels students, with the accompany and supervision by professional instructors and teachers, they learnt much about the local biodiversity, geology, culture preservation, international environment preservation and the importance of protecting the environment.
